WRITING AN OFFER

I will prepare and explain the purchase contract to you. I will negotiate on your behalf to arrive at the best deal possible.

HOME INSPECTION

This is a key part of the process to uncover any possible defects in the home. I can recommend excellent Home Inspectors, or you can choose your own.

LIFTING CONDITIONS

Once you are satisfied that you can remove the conditions that we have put in the contract to protect you, I can guide you through the process of making the deal firm.

APPOINT A LAWYER

Appoint a lawyer of your choice.  I can make suggestions if required.

About a week before possession, you will need to visit your lawyer to sign the necessary paperwork.

REMOVALS & POSSESSION

On possession day I will walk-through the home with you to ensure everything is in order.
